WYOMISSING, Pa. (AP) -- Penn National Gaming Inc. said Monday it has agreed to buy horse racing track Beulah Park in Grove City, Ohio.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The deal is subject to approval by the Ohio State Racing Commission.

Beulah Park, which opened in 1923, is outside Columbus.

Penn National's shares rose 4 cents to $24.30 in afternoon trading.
